- (c.1250-1330)Spanish talmudist. A student of Aaron ha-Levi of Barcelona and Solomon ben Adret, he became a hakham and dayyan in Zaragoza. His talmudic commentaries contain summaries of the views of previous authorities. He also wrote a defence of Maimonides and a commentary on the Passover Haggadah.
